There was hair everywhere and it seems like nothing had been cleaned since they built the place. The faucets in the bathroom are decaying away as well as the shower head and rod. There are also many stains on the carpet. The cement outside is cracked as well which is a hazard Wifi situation is also frustrating- no modem supplied. Just seems like nothing is updated and it isn’t that nice for the price that everyone has to pay- some more than others I may add

Hey are working hard to making it look and feel even better Super affordable and feels secure and safe.

response from property -Thank you Marissa!! We appreciate your feedback!
submitted by Rylee H. - |Recommended: YesLooks a little dingy, but it is cozy and neat — It is a cute little place with friendly people. The building is old, but you can't argue with the five minute walk to campus Parking is a little bit of a nightmare with tight spaces, and there is no guest parking, but it is provided.
response from property -We are so glad you're enjoying it!!
submitted by Rebecca M. - |Recommended: YesI think it's a little expensive for what you get — It works fine and it's close to campus. You overlook the things you don't like because of the location.

When I moved in the apartment hadn't been cleaned at all, there were boogers on my walls I had to scrub off and the electricity upstairs was out for long periods for about three months and the staff did not seem concerned with helping us. It was very frustrating. The mattresses are extremely old, and the sinks and fixtures are very old and molding. I think that the rate for utilities is ridiculous and unnecessary, I can't imagine that we spent 300.00 in my apartment every month for utilities. If we are paying that much extra each month, I would expect there to be some major updates and better quality apartments overall.

Park Place is a good place to live, even though the concrete exterior makes it look like a prison. Getting a parking pass is pretty competitive and the management can be tough to contact but they're helpful when you do , but I love the layout of each apartment, it's easy to be social when you want to but still have the isolation you need to study. And the location is almost unbeatable.

It's nice to have an upstairs area to better escape any noise roommates may be making downstairs. The dishwashers aren't that great they're the same across apartments , you kind of have to pre-clean all your dishes before loading the dishwasher. All the bathroom fixtures are very old however, I've never had problems running out of hot water. The A C and heating systems are great, never had problems there. I really don't like how our baseboards don't reach all the way to the floor, leaving awkward gaps where dirt and crumbs and filth can build up. There are, of course, a few other things that could be criticized, but they're just as good better than any other college apartment. My primary complaint The courtyard. The courtyard has some string lights that look nice at first, but they hang much too low and most of them don't work. The concrete outside is broken and missing patches, which is perfect for snow and ice to build up. If the outside concrete were re-finished, I would be much much more satisfied with this apartment complex also, stamped concrete isn't really that expensive . I would pay 5 a month more rent to have washers and dryers that cost 50 cents instead of 1... Despite my bitter complaints about the outside, I like the apartment over all, especially for the two-story setup. I have just renewed my contract to live here for another year. Management is kind and responsive, and cleaning checks aren't ridiculously meticulous. Also, proximity to campus is a huge, huge bonus for me.

submitted by Rachel P. - |Recommended: YesAwesome Apartments — Management is great, and maintenance is fantastic. The apartments are town-house style, which makes it awesome if you like to study upstairs, while your roommates party downstairs, or vice-versa An awesome place to live, even though it looks like a prison from the outside.
