We are so glad you're enjoying it!!

|Recommended: NoNeeds updating and more fair rates. — The shower in my apartment was really gross, the carpet needs replacing and smells and the apartment overall, though recently updated felt really old and unclean. When I moved in the apartment hadn't been cleaned at all, there were boogers on my walls I had to scrub off and the electricity upstairs was out for long periods for about three months and the staff did not seem concerned with helping us. It was very frustrating. The mattresses are extremely old, and the sinks and fixtures are very old and molding. I think that the rate for utilities is ridiculous and unnecessary, I can't imagine that we spent 300.00 in my apartment every month for utilities. If we are paying that much extra each month, I would expect there to be some major updates and better quality apartments overall.
